clb VAULT is operated by Cloud Link Bridge Technologies, a New Zealand based technology business. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What information we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name and phone number (optional, entered in Settings)
When you use clb VAULT, we also store the data you enter into the platform — including site addresses, device records, service history, and documents. This data belongs to you.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your clb VAULT account
- Display your data within the app
- Send you service reminders and account-related emails
- Improve the platform based on how it is used
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the platform.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest. Some data may be processed or stored on servers outside New Zealand as part of the services we use to operate the platform.
Access codes and credentials stored in clb VAULT are visible only to the account holder. Cloud Link Bridge Technologies does not access, share, or use your operational data.
Beta disclaimer and data liability
clb VAULT is provided as-is during the beta period. While we take every precaution to protect your data, Cloud Link Bridge Technologies cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from platform errors during this period.
Cookies
clb VAULT uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request a correction if any information is wrong
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via email and we will respond within 20 working days.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.
Third-party services
clb VAULT uses trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices, and only share data where necessary to deliver the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. We recommend checking this page periodically.
